Refund Policy

Our refund policy is simple and to the point

We do not offer refunds at all unless:

  1. You have brought software and report it not to working within 24 hours of purchase and then have given us at less 2 working days to fix the issue. you will try and help us as much as possible in trying to fix the issue but sending us error logs when asked and re-testing the software in a timely manner. REFUNDS, IN THIS CASE, ARE AT OUR DISCRETION.
  2. You have purchased our “Done for you” Managed VPS service and we have not delivered you the VPS login details within 5 working days
  3. You have purchased a “pack” from us and it has not been delivered to you within 3 working days.
  4. When buying a product or service from us you agree to the terms above.
